About "Hacienda Wabi" - 1st Place, Interpersonal Architecture Design
In 2024, RA! was awarded 1st place for the Hacienda Wabi project, a residential development designed to integrate seamlessly with the tropical environment of Tulum. Promoted by Namus, known for its boutique projects, Hacienda Wabi combines modern architecture with natural surroundings.
The design features terraces and ascending stairways, creating a visual flow that evokes the region’s ancient settlements. The project includes 15 apartments spread across three levels, each offering distinct features, such as expansive gardens, reflective pools, private terraces, jacuzzis, and rooftop gardens with panoramic views.
The use of local materials like Chukum plaster and robust stone enhances the connection between the building and its environment. The jury highlighted RA! for its ability to merge the structure with the jungle, stating that the design "creates a harmonious relationship between architecture and nature."

En 2024, RA! obtuvo el primer lugar por el proyecto Hacienda Wabi, un desarrollo residencial diseñado para integrarse de manera natural con el entorno tropical de Tulum. Promovido por Namus, conocido por sus proyectos boutique, Hacienda Wabi combina la arquitectura moderna con la naturaleza circundante.
El diseño presenta terrazas y escaleras ascendentes, creando un flujo visual que evoca los antiguos asentamientos de la región. El proyecto consta de 15 departamentos distribuidos en tres niveles, cada uno con características distintas como jardines amplios, albercas reflectantes, terrazas privadas, jacuzzis y roof gardens con vistas panorámicas.
El uso de materiales locales como el Chukum y piedra robusta refuerza la conexión entre el edificio y su entorno. El jurado destacó a RA! por su capacidad para fusionar la estructura con la jungla, señalando que el diseño "crea una relación armoniosa entre la arquitectura y la naturaleza."
